As our founding creator, you’ll:

• be our ideal customer persona in action, creating with Mitte daily
• pushing our product to its limitsand showing the world what AI-powered creativity looks like
• own everything from content strategy to customer relationships
• be a core voice in product development
• run creative marketing projects using Mitte and other cutting-edge tools
• lead growth of our marketing channels
• have massive impact on Mitte's distribution and growth.

Requirements

• Obsessed with AI creativity tools - you're already creating with the latest models and know what's possible
• 2-4 years of social media and content creation experience with proven growth results
• Strong video editing, design, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and platforms
• Fluent English with exceptional written communication - you can craft compelling narratives
• Strategic thinker who moves fast between creative vision and tactical execution
• Data-informed decision maker who tracks what works and iterates quickly
• Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
