Requirements

• Min. 6 years of strong frontend engineering experience with proven ability to ship polished user interfaces
• Can ship good design without a designer - strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Deep familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and modern UI/UX patterns
• Expert in TypeScript, React, and Redux Toolkit with modern frontend tooling
• Product-driven engineer who focuses on user experience over technical complexity
• Experience building real-time applications and WebSocket connections is a plus
• Technology pragmatist who values proven solutions over trendy frameworks
• Balances speed and quality - writes maintainable code that ships fast
• Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
