Requirements
- Min. 6 years of strong frontend engineering experience with proven ability to ship polished user interfaces
- Can ship good design without a designer - strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Deep familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and modern UI/UX patterns
- Expert in TypeScript, React, and Redux Toolkit with modern frontend tooling
- Product-driven engineer who focuses on user experience over technical complexity
- Experience building real-time applications and WebSocket connections is a plus
- Technology pragmatist who values proven solutions over trendy frameworks
- Balances speed and quality - writes maintainable code that ships fast
- Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
